Every person depicted knowingly and voluntarily consented to being recorded.

The content does not violate any law, contract, intellectual-property right, privacy right, or publicity right.
All required releases, identification records, consent documentation, and other legally required records have been obtained and maintained.

Where required, Creators must provide documentation confirming the identity, age, and consent of every person appearing in uploaded content.

We may remove or restrict content until sufficient documentation is provided.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited:

Any sexual content involving or appearing to involve a person under 18.
Child sexual abuse material or exploitative content of any kind.
Non-consensual sexual content.
Hidden-camera or voyeuristic sexual content created without consent.
Revenge pornography or intimate content distributed without authorization.
Sexual assault, rape, or realistic depictions presented as non-consensual sexual activity where prohibited by law or Platform policy.
Human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
Content promoting prostitution, trafficking, or illegal sexual services.
Content involving coercion, force, threats, or exploitation.
Content involving bestiality.
Content depicting actual serious bodily injury, torture, or death.
Content encouraging suicide or serious self-harm.
Illegal drugs, weapons transactions, fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of another person's intellectual property.
Doxxing, stalking, threats, harassment, extortion, or blackmail.
Content falsely representing another individual.
Attempts to circumvent Platform payment systems where prohibited by our policies.
Malware, phishing, spam, automated scraping, hacking, or interference with Platform infrastructure.

We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable laws have been violated.

5. Zero Tolerance for Minors and Exploitation

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, human trafficking, or non-consensual intimate imagery.

Suspected illegal material may be preserved and reported to appropriate governmental agencies, law-enforcement authorities, child-protection organizations, payment processors, or other legally authorized organizations where required or permitted by law.

6. Consent

Every individual appearing in adult or sexually explicit content must have knowingly and voluntarily consented to:

7. Content Ownership

By uploading content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, distribute, format, resize, encode, promote, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, market, secure, and improve the Platform.

This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms.

You may not upload content that you do not have the legal right to use.

8. Creator Names, Images, and Promotion

Creators authorize us to display their usernames, profile photographs, previews, thumbnails, biographies, and other publicly designated information for purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

We will not claim ownership of a Creator's underlying intellectual property solely because it is published through the Platform.

9. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Tips

The Platform may allow users to purchase:

Creator subscriptions;
individual photographs or videos;
pay-per-view content;
live-stream access;
digital goods;
messages;
tips; and
other paid features.

Prices will be displayed before purchase.

Users authorize us and our payment-processing partners to charge the selected payment method for purchases made through their account.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.

Canceling a subscription ordinarily prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already charged.

10. Creator Earnings

Creators may receive a percentage of eligible payments generated through the Platform.

Our Platform fee will be disclosed through the Creator dashboard, Creator agreement, payment schedule, or other applicable documentation.

Creator earnings may be subject to:

payment-processing fees;
refunds;
chargebacks;
fraud losses;
taxes;
reserves;
penalties;
adjustments; and
other amounts authorized by these Terms or applicable Creator agreements.

We may temporarily hold payments when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, illegal activity, chargebacks, violations of these Terms, or payment-processing issues.

11. Refunds and Chargebacks

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, purchases of digital content are generally final once the content has been accessed, delivered, streamed, or downloaded.

We may issue refunds at our discretion.

Users must not initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

Accounts associated with excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended or terminated.

12. Taxes

Users and Creators are responsible for taxes applicable to their own activities except where the Platform is legally required to collect, withhold, or remit taxes.

Creators are independent users of the Platform and are not employees of the Company merely because they earn revenue through the Platform.

Creators are responsible for reporting their earnings and paying applicable income, sales, use, VAT, GST, or other taxes as required by law.

13. Live Streaming

Live-streamed content is subject to the same rules as uploaded content.

Creators must ensure that every person appearing in a live stream is legally eligible to appear and has provided appropriate consent.

We may monitor, interrupt, terminate, restrict, or remove live broadcasts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or applicable law.

14. Messages and User Interactions

The Platform may offer private messages, comments, live chat, or other communication tools.

Users must not use these tools to:

harass or threaten others;
solicit minors;
facilitate trafficking;
arrange illegal transactions;
distribute non-consensual intimate material;
send malware or scams;
engage in extortion or blackmail; or
otherwise violate applicable law or these Terms.

We may investigate reported communications where permitted by law and reasonably necessary for safety, security, or enforcement.

15. Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints

Creator results depend on numerous factors outside our control.

23. Assumption of Risk

Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when communicating with or meeting other users.

We do not conduct a comprehensive background investigation of every user unless expressly stated otherwise.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
